Making Connections

Validation is soul deep! We need to know we are alive by connecting to another human being, whether by a touch, a look or just a listening ear. It is astonishingly simple to smile at another person to lighten their spirit or to gently touch a person who lost her dream; illness and loss are everywhere. It is common that even the simple connections we make as a child will stay in our memories well into our golden years.

Connections are a two-way communication at a single moment in time. They fill both hearts instantaneously with a memory that will support both people for a life-time. It is the spirit that is the essence of our human-ness, love, pure and simple. We sometimes describe it as compassion or empathy, when in truth, it is a love connection. Others need validation and so do we.

Our world is filled both with events that are enjoyable and events that are difficult to bear. We have the ability to focus and extend ourselves, to attempt to make connections with other people. The magic is that we benefit too. Try a smile, a gentle hand, a phone call or make the time to go for a walk with that someone precious.

Welcome to our P.R/News site. 

It includes the latest news and some spelling out of the passions of the author and creator of Paradise Gardens Enterprises and Peace Gardens...me- Marlene D Young. 

Paradise Gardens covers many focuses, which interconnect to create a whole philosophy, lifestyle and eventually a Humanitarian Garden. The blogs are awesome! Now we can communicate and create a community called Peace Gardens. 

This blog will open new opportunities for like-minded people to enjoy the process of building a positive community, that will in fact be a virtual world in the beginning...but one day there will be a real venue in the real world. This being said, the virtual world will still continue, hopefully to inspire individuals to add beauty, harmony, and peace in their own homes.

This humanitarian garden, Peace Gardens-Calgary carries a 'spirit' about it which transcends any physical location. In a virtual world, the values, fundamental principles can be operational in anyone's life, anywhere.
